1 – ORGANIZATION, DATES, AND PRICES

On October 2nd, 3rd and 4th 2026, Olcelli Farmaceutici S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as “Olcelli Farmaceutici” or “Organizer“) will host the second edition of the “Como Tattoo Convention.”

The event will take place at the “LARIOFIERE” exhibition center, located at Viale Resegone, Erba (CO) 22036, with the following schedule:

Friday, October 2, 2026
Public opening: from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Saturday, October 3, 2026
Public opening: from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Sunday, October 4, 2026
Public opening: from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

 

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the opening and closing times at its sole discretion, without any entitlement to compensation for the Participants, as defined below.

2 – PARTICIPATION

The event is open to qualified Italian and foreign tattoo artists and piercers, as well as professionals in the Body Art and wellness sectors, and vendors of food and non-food products (hereinafter “Participants“).

Public institutions, associations, consortia, and non-profit organizations (NGOs) are also eligible to participate for institutional purposes.

3 – APPLICATION – ACCEPTANCE – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Organizer guarantees equal access opportunities to all interested and qualified Participants and will select only those who commit to renting a space for the entire three-day convention.

Participation is limited, and admission is determined based on the date of receipt of the applications.

The application, including the “Representations and warranties” form, must be completed, signed, and uploaded on the official website www.comotattooconvention.com . For assistance, Participants can email info@comotattooconvention.com.

Applications will be considered accepted by Olcelli Farmaceutici only after the required payment is received as per Article 7 and upon confirmation of participation by the Organizer.

Participants have the right to withdraw within 30 days of submitting the application by sending an email to info@comotattoconvention.com . In this case, the Participant will be refunded the amount paid upon registration.

The final and irrevocable decision regarding admission rests with Olcelli Farmaceutici, which is not required to provide justification. The Organizer reserves the right to revoke authorization at any time if false information is discovered in the application.

 

4 – EVENT SUSPENSION DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

In case of severe weather, environmental, or health-related issues that prevent the event from taking place as scheduled, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or reschedule the event, notifying all registered Participants.

The new event date will be determined based on venue availability of LARIOFIERE.

If the event is rescheduled, Participants unable to attend will not be entitled to a refund or any form of compensation.

Additionally, the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event for organizational and logistical reasons, by notifying no later than 30 days prior to the date of the event. Participations and payments will remain valid for the new dates.

5 – SPACE ALLOCATION – SETUP – DISMANTLING

Spaces will be allocated according to the general event layout.

EXHIBITION SPACE SETUP:

Thursday, October 1, 2026: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday, October 2, 2026: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

EXHIBITION SPACE DISMANTLING:

Sunday, October 4, 2026: 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM

 

Artists (tattooists and piercers) may ship their work materials in advance, to be found at their stand upon setup, by request via email to info@comotattooconvention.com .

Any special requirements must be agreed upon in advance with the Organizer and communicated no later than September 15, 2026, via email to info@comotattoconvention.com.

The Participant is responsible for the complete layout of the space and undertakes to use non-combustible, self-extinguishing and fire-retardant materials. Olcelli Farmaceutici is not responsible for storing materials left in the assigned space after dismantling.

The spaces not occupied by the established days and times will be considered once again available to the Organizer, who may reassign them without any claims from the initial assigners, who will not be entitled to any compensation.

Regarding the setup of the spaces, the Participant is obligated to return the assigned area in the same condition in which it was entrusted to them. The Organizer will check for any damages, which must be promptly compensated by the Participant who caused them, upon simple written request by Olcelli Farmaceutici.

Olcelli Farmaceutici assumes no obligations or responsibilities for the custody of the space and/or the material (including food products) left behind after dismantling in the assigned area, which may be removed at the Participant’s expense.

6 – LAYOUT OF SPACES AND COSTS

INDOOR SPACES

1. A. Tattoo/Piercer STANDARD booth

Included:

• 2 x 3 x h 2,50 mt booth.;
• 1 exhibition table, chairs and a small table;
• 1 50-watt spotlight;
• Electrical connection installation, 1 220V power strip (max 4 outlets);
• 1 general waste bin, 1 special waste disposal bin;
• 1 tattoo welcome Kit;
• Wi-Fi.

Services:

• Possibility to rent treatment beds upon request (3-day price: € 90,00 VAT included) for more information, send an e-mail to the e-mail address: info@comotattoconvention.com;
• Specific area for stencil printer

Booth price: € 647,00 VAT included.

Please note: Each station is intended for SINGLE use, so only 1 tattoo artist/piercer and 1 assistant who does not operate can use it; both will have free entry for the duration of the event through a recognition bracelet.

7 – PAYMENT METHODS FOR ALL TYPES OF SPACES AND SERVICES

Payment can be made in a single installment or alternatively in two equal installments, with the first to be paid at the time of registration as a deposit and the second no later than the mandatory deadline of June 15, 2026.

8 – SECURITY SERVICES, NIGHT SURVEILLANCE, MEDICAL ASSISTANCE, FIRE BRIGADE, AND INSURANCE COVERAGE

Throughout the event, security and night surveillance services will be provided.

Olcelli Farmaceutici assumes no responsibility for any losses and/or damages to spaces, exhibited merchandise, work equipment, personal belongings, or food products left unattended.

The surveillance and security of the space, especially concerning valuable items, is the sole responsibility of the Participants, including during the setup and dismantling phases.

Additionally, for the entire duration of the event, emergency medical services will be available, along with fire brigade supervision.

The Organizer recommends that Participants take out insurance policies covering risks such as theft, fire, and civil liability.

9 – PROHIBITIONS

It is strictly PROHIBITED:

• – Smoking (all types of cigarettes, electronic or otherwise) inside the booths and throughout the event venue, except in designated smoking areas and outdoor spaces;
• – Bringing animals inside the venue, as well as any object that may compromise hygiene, health, or safety regulations;
• – Consuming meals and beverages inside and/or near the booths;
• – Sell and/or exchange goods that do not comply with CE regulations and are not sanitized, as well as counterfeit goods and/or items from illicit activities;
• – Use loudspeakers or any form of propaganda beyond the normal promotion of exhibited products.

10 – PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

Participants may conduct promotional activities exclusively within their designated space for their own business and represented activities, provided they comply with legal requirements and the terms of this application.

The distribution of catalogs, price lists, or other materials may only be carried out within the assigned spaces.

Any form of sound, cinematic, or audiovisual advertising conducted within the event area requires SIAE permits, which must be obtained at the expense and responsibility of the Participants.

All advertising outside the designated space requires prior authorization from the Organizer and payment of an agreed fee.

The Organizer reserves the right to move or remove advertising installations if necessary for operational reasons, without any right to damages or compensation for the Participants.

11 – AUTHORIZATION FOR IMAGE RECORDING

The Organizer retains exclusive rights for any reproduction through photography, video, drawing, or other means, covering both the exhibition venue and individual stands.

Only photographers/videographers authorized by Olcelli Farmaceutici may operate within the pavilions. These professionals will collect and process photographic and video footage, as well as interviews, related to products, machinery, exhibited materials, and/or copyrighted materials owned, produced, or licensed by the Participants, for the exclusive purpose of corporate communication, advertising, and promotional activities. This includes, but is not limited to, dissemination via newspapers, magazines, television, posters, brochures, newsletters, the official website www.comotattooconvention.com and affiliated sites, social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, and similar platforms), e-books (digital publishing), and general printed publications.

Con la sottoscrizione del presente contratto di adesione, il Partecipante esprime specifico consenso a dette riprese ed al loro utilizzo come sopra indicato, senza pretendere alcun indennizzo economico. Nel caso in cui il Partecipante non intenda autorizzare le riprese foto/video di cui sopra dovrà comunicarlo al fotografo/videomaker, prima dell’effettuazione delle stesse. By signing this application, the Participant explicitly consents to such recordings and their usage as outlined above, without claiming any financial compensation. If the Participant does not wish to authorize photo/video recordings, they must notify the photographer/videographer before the recording takes place.

12 – EFFECTS OF REGISTRATION – OFFICIAL LANGUAGE, CHOSEN DOMICILE, APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

By signing this application, the Participant:

• Unconditionally accepts the terms contained in this application and commits to ensuring compliance by their setup staff/suppliers;
• Recognizes Italian as the official language (to be used for all commercial communications), as well as the application of Italian law
• Acknowledges that any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Monza;
• Elects their legal domicile at LARIOFIERE, located at Viale Resegone, 22036, Erba (CO).
